Piscina residencial com água cristalina tratada por gerador de cloro a base de sal Evoclor+
Evoclor+ · Residential pools

Your pool makes its own chlorine, from salt.

The Evoclor+ chlorine generator turns the salt dissolved in the water into chlorine, right inside the pipework. In other words, you stop buying tablets and granules every week — and get soft water, with no strong smell and no stinging eyes.

Residential pools up to 80,000 liters Salt at 4.0 g/L — 1/10 of seawater 1-year warranty
The problem

Looking after a pool with store-bought chlorine gets tiring.

Every residential pool owner knows this routine well — and that is exactly what a salt chlorine generator puts an end to.

Shopping that never ends

Tablets, granules, algaecide, clarifier. Every week something runs out, and prices go up right in summer, when the pool uses the most. So the yearly spend never ends up as planned.

Red eyes and chlorine smell

The discomfort does not come from chlorine itself, but from chloramines, formed when chlorine reacts with sweat and sunscreen. The more people in the water, the worse the smell and irritation.

Chemicals stored at home

Buckets of concentrated chlorine in the utility area, within reach of children and pets, with expiry dates and a risk of improper mixing. In other words, a hazard inside your home just for leisure.

The solution · Evoclor+

Salt goes in once. Chlorine comes every day.

You dissolve salt in the pool up to 4.0 grams per liter. From then on, whenever the pump runs, water passes through the generator cell and the salt turns into active chlorine right there, in the pipework. Since production happens along with filtration, chlorine is replaced as it is consumed — without you dosing anything.

✓ Chlorine generated during filtration
✓ Soft water, no strong smell
✓ No chlorine buckets at home
✓ Nothing to dose by hand
Does the salt run out? The level drops slowly, through splashing, backwashing, rain and normal use. So topping up is done by measurement, a few times per season — very different from buying chlorine every week.

How it works

From salt to chlorine, right inside the pipework.

The chlorine generator works in four stages that happen on their own whenever the pool pump is running.

01

Salt in the water

First, salt is dissolved in the pool up to 4.0 g per liter. You only do this once — after that, you just replace what is lost.

02

Through the cell

Next, the pump pushes water through the electrolytic cell, installed on the return line after the filter.

03

Chlorine on the spot

The electric current turns the salt into active chlorine, at the right dose and with no stock at all.

04

Replaced as needed

Finally, the chlorine disinfects the water and the equipment keeps producing while the pump runs. In other words, the residual maintains itself.

Why switch

What changes in your daily routine with a chlorine generator.

Water that doesn't sting your eyes

Because chlorine is generated continuously and in the right amount, fewer chloramines remain — the real cause of the strong smell and stinging. You can open your eyes underwater.

Your skin and hair will thank you

Lightly salted water feels softer and is gentler on skin and hair than the dosing peaks of store-bought chlorine. Swimsuits fade less, too.

Savings all year round

With a chlorine generator, the weekly purchase of tablets and granules is replaced by salt, which is cheap and topped up only a few times per season. Costs become predictable.

Less work on weekends

The equipment works along with filtration, with nothing to dose by hand. Pool care goes back to checking, not refilling.

Nothing hazardous stored at home

No buckets of concentrated chlorine in the utility area. This removes the risk of access by children and pets and of improper product mixing.

A longer-lasting cell

The Evoclor+ automatically adjusts the voltage and current applied to the cell. This prevents overcurrent, the main cause of premature electrolytic cell failure.

Comparison

Manual dosing by eye, always on weekends
Stabilizer
Adds no cyanuric acid — chlorine keeps responding to dosing
Dichlor and trichlor tablets build up cyanuric acid and can lock chlorine
Comfort in the water
Soft water, no strong smell and no stinging eyes
Chlorine peaks, chloramines, smell and red eyes
What is stored
Only salt, a kitchen product, with no risk at home
Concentrated oxidizer in the utility area, with an expiry date

FAQ

Questions from home pool owners.

Does the pool water get as salty as the sea?
No. The Evoclor+ works with 4.0 g of salt per liter, about one tenth of the concentration of seawater. In practice, the water feels softer and you barely notice the salt — without the strong smell and stinging eyes of store-bought chlorine.
Will I stop buying chlorine?
Yes. The Evoclor+ chlorine generator produces chlorine in the pipework, from salt already dissolved in the water. The weekly purchase of tablets or granules disappears. Instead, you top up salt periodically, checking the level — much less often and cheaper than buying chlorine every week.
How do I choose the right model for my pool?
By water volume. The Evo 50 serves pools of up to 50,000 liters and the Evo 80 goes up to 80,000 liters — see the model table. Heated pools or pools with heavy sun exposure use more chlorine — in that case, it is worth moving up to the larger model.
Is it hard to install?
No. The chlorine generator cell is installed on the return line, after the filter, on a 50 mm pipe. The panel needs a 220 V outlet. The equipment requires a minimum flow of 2,000 liters per hour and a working pressure of up to 2 bar.
Does it work with vinyl, fiberglass or concrete pools?
Yes, the generator works with the circulating water, regardless of the finish. For pools with exposed metal parts or natural stone coping, check the material's compatibility with a 4.0 g/L concentration beforehand.
What is the warranty?
One year from the date of the invoice issued to the end consumer. In addition, automatic voltage and current control prevents the overcurrent that often destroys electrolytic cells prematurely, helping extend the equipment's service life.
